icspace is an interactive cultural space that provides space, design, support, ideas, and easy to use online publishing systems to facilitate expression using the world wide web without needing tecnical knowledge.
our world is a diverse mix of cultures, ideas, languages, and individuals. icspace aims to help make the web more accessible to those with potential to broaden our minds and understand our world in new ways.
By enabling and empowering those people to publish their ideas, icspace hopes to contibute and promote respect, understanding, creativity, and expression.

the goal of the site will be to provide a powerful online communication tool for artists, and participation will be limited to artists that have shown dedication and results in their work.
